Hi, I'm Ted Betts. I started TWB Cooling because I kept hearing the same thing from homeowners: they'd had quotes from big national firms, didn't really understand what they were paying for, and wanted to deal with the person who'd actually be doing the work.

I'm based in Hemel Hempstead and cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North-West London. Every job starts with a free home survey — I come out, look at your space, talk through your options, and give you a fixed written quote. No pressure, no hard sell. If air con isn't right for your home, I'll tell you.

I'm F-Gas certified and fully insured, and I work mainly with Fujitsu and Mitsubishi Electric — both reliable brands I'm happy to put my name to. I'd rather do fewer jobs properly than rush through a long list, so I keep things small and personal.
